Scope

This policy describes current data handling on the company website and the Ruleap Star product website. It does not cover external sites. The operator is Double way management consulting co. Ltd, at 3 F., No. 222, Sec. 4, Zhongxiao E. Rd., Da'an Dist., Taipei City 106059, Taiwan (R.O.C.).

Contact form data

The form stores your name, email, inquiry topic, message and privacy acknowledgment, together with the source website, language and submission time. This information is used to handle your inquiry and necessary follow-up. Required fields are needed to submit the form, but not to browse public pages.

Technical and security information

Connection-source information is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. IP addresses are not currently stored with contact messages. Hosting systems may retain connection or error logs for operation and troubleshooting. Do not include trading passwords, API keys, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in messages.

Browser storage

Public pages store your theme preference in the browser so your black-gold or white-silver choice is remembered. You can clear it in your browser settings. No third-party advertising or traffic-analytics tracking is currently enabled. The administrator area uses login-session mechanisms; public visitors do not need an account.

Access and sharing

Messages are stored in the content-management system and can be read only by authorized administrators. They are not public content or sold. Any access by service providers or authorities for necessary operations or legal requirements should be limited to what is needed. New tracking or purposes will be described here, with any required notice, before introduction.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as needed to handle inquiries and necessary follow-up, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Administrators should delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. You may also request deletion.

Requests and contact
